Stella’s RESCUE began the way all good things do: with love. Specifically, the kind of love that comes from a red-fox lab named Stella - our first dog, our best friend, and the soul behind everything we’re building.
Stella had a way of making everyone feel welcome - animals, kids, total strangers. She listened like she understood every word, and she taught us that home isn’t just a physical place, it’s a feeling. It’s being cared for, seen, and safe. And that’s what we’ve tried to create ever since, first in our home, and now on our farm.

A HOME FOR ANY HERD.
Stella’s RESCUE is for the forgotten, the misfits, and the magical. From donkeys and goats to dogs and cats, every creature we take in is a reminder that second chances are worth the work. And while the farm is home base, we’re just getting started. Our future includes a downtown space for dog and cat rescue, farm days for kids, and off-site events to bring love and learning to the community.
Stella’s is here to welcome every soul, just like Stella would’ve.
