SHIPPING POLICY
Your order is coming. We promise we're not wearing your shirt.
Stella's Rescue is a family-run animal rescue that also happens to sell some pretty great merchandise.
We are not a fulfillment center.
There is no warehouse full of employees waiting for your order to appear on a screen. The people packing your hat may have spent the previous hour bottle-feeding something, cleaning up something disgusting, chasing something that escaped, or driving an animal to the vet.
Processing Times
We aim to process and ship most orders within 5 business days.
Sometimes we're faster.
During busy periods, fundraising events, emergencies, holidays, or particularly chaotic weeks at the rescue, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping
Shipping costs and available shipping methods will be shown during checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available. Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other things completely outside Stella's control.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If we haven't shipped it yet, we'll try to fix it.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, our ability to redirect it may be limited.
Lost Packages
If tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it, check around your property, ask your household, check with neighbors, and give the carrier a little time. Packages occasionally show up shortly after being marked delivered.
If it's genuinely missing, contact us and we'll help however we reasonably can.
Dog Hair Disclaimer
We have animals.
A lot of them.
We do our best to keep merchandise clean and properly packaged, but if one rogue dog hair somehow defeats our quality-control operation and makes the journey to your house, congratulations: you received the authentic Stella's experience at no additional charge.
